The NYC Department of Education invites all students in grades 6–12, parents and guardians of students in grades 3-K–12, and teachers to take the Fall 2020 School Experience Survey.
The goals of the survey are to:

provide timely and actionable feedback to schools and field teams to improve both remote and in-person learning experiences, and
assist in planning for the spring semester.

The survey is open through Friday, February 5, 2021.
The survey is available in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, English, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu. Once you are at the survey, you can select your preferred language in the top left corner of the survey screen.
