Each year the NYC Department of Education asks that families confidentially verify their income so that we may identify student and school needs. P.S. 120 is a Title-1 school, which means that we qualify for a tremendous amount of funding from the Federal Government. This allows our school to have smaller class sizes, more technology, and more individual student services. If our families do not participate in this income verification we may be at risk to lose that funding.
If you haven't done so, please go to myschoolapps.com and complete an “Income Inquiry Form” (lunch form) today. There is no login required, but you will need your child's student ID number (OSIS) and must also select P.S. 120Q (District 25) as your child's school. (There is another P.S. 120 in Brooklyn. Please do not select them.)
If you would like to complete a paper version, please respond to this message and one will be sent home with your child in the language of your choice.
Regardless of income, all NYC students receive breakfast and lunch without cost.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Robert Marino
Principal
