The Green Team held its first meeting today! The Green Team is composed of representatives from Grade 2 all the way to Grade 5. The team is led by Ms. Day which has been the team leader in the past. During the meeting they discussed some of their goals and also brainstormed some ideas. The main focus of the meeting was on the BringIt initiative by the city. It is an initiative to reduce the amount of plastic waste by using a personal water bottle. Our goal is to have everyone at P.S. 120, students and staff, participate in this wonderful initiative. The Green Team is just getting started and we will keep you up to date with their future projects!
